
Albert R. Russell has over 35 years experience in architecture and the construction industry and has specialized in construction documents, construction administration, project management, production management and quality assurance.
He is a licensed architect in Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, New York, and Vermont. He holds NCARB* certification and is a LEED BD+C Professional and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI).
Project experience includes educational facilities, retail, commercial office buildings, light industrial facilities, and government projects. Public project experience in Massachusetts spans over 15 years.
Mr. Russell has published numerous professional and technical articles and has made presentations on behalf of public and private clients.
In addition to direct involvement in project development, he has served as an expert witness on public and private projects and has provided valuable independent review services on projects designed by others.
Recent work also includes building condition reports, capital improvement plans, and design of building repairs and improvements.
